We work with any and
all insurance companies, and would like to provide you with
some information regarding insurance claims. You should know
that although some insurance companies may ask you to visit
one of their "drive in claims centers" before having your
car repaired, you may choose to do this, or you may choose
to leave your car with us and request that the insurance company
inspect the car at our shop. You also should know that you
are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate or
appraisal and that you have the right to have your care repaired
by the shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot
require you to have a repair done at any particular shop.

Car Care Tips
A car is one of your major investments. Keep these tips in
mind:
1. A clean car is a happy car.
2. Use an automotive soap (not dish soap).
3. Use quality polish and wax.
4. Remember to use a paint sealant.
5. When your car is damaged, repair it right away.
Paintless Dent Removal
(PDR)
Paintless dent removal is a very "artistic" form of repair
in which the technician uses specially made tools (see tool
room) designed to gain access to the "inside or underneath
portion" of any given panel ie. the trunk, the hood, the doors
or fenders, etc. and more or less sculpt or massage the metal
(from the inside out) back into its original position without
disturbing the paint finish.
The Process
Our first step is to carefully review the damage to see if
it can be repaired using our Paintless Dent Removal process,
Then we clean the damaged area, gain access to the back of
the panel and select the proper tool for the job. Then our
skilled technician will carefully "massage" the
dent out of your car.
The Tool Room
This is a small collection of the tools we use for Paintless Dent Removal. Notice that these are not the tools that your local automotive mechanic or automotive body shop will use. These are tools that are unique for the specialized industry of Paintless Dent Removal. It takes many years of training and experiences to become proficient in their use.
We are always on the cutting edge of technology
and always growing our business.

Testimonials
Dear Jerry,
My husband I and are writing to let you know how pleased we
are. You were able to remove the ding from our car door in
less than a half-hour. This is much faster than the two weeks
we were told by an auto body shop.

Dear Dent Centers Hawaii,
Thank you for fixing our car. I never knew a dent could be
removed so fast. And your price was a fraction of the other
estimate I received. v

QUESTION: How much does it cost?
ANSWER: The average fee is $75.00, however it is impossible to quote
without seeing the damage. The price will go up from this fee
depending on the amount of damage and the access to the damaged
area. This is much less expensive than auto/body repairs.
QUESTION: How much time does
a normal Paintless Dent Removal take?
ANSWER: In some cases we can
complete the job within 1 hour, however we usually ask customers
to leave the car with us two to four hours. If you prefer
to wait, we do have an air conditioned waiting room for your
convenience.
QUESTION: Do I have to come
to your shop, or will you come to me?
ANSWER: We give free estimates
at our shop and we do offer mobile service for our commercial
accounts.
QUESTION: Can't I do this myself?
ANSWER: It is not recommended
that you do this yourself. This skill takes a long time to
learn and requires professional training. You can try, but
we don't recommend it. In most cases when the customer has
worked on the car previously it raises the cost.
QUESTION: Do you suck out the dents?
ANSWER: This is a common assumption.
We actually "sculpt" or "massage" the
dents out from the inside out.
QUESTION: Do you do commercial
work, or only for private owners?
ANSWER: We will help everyone.
Many private owners come see us, and we also have many commercial
accounts (i.e., auto dealerships, car rental companies) that
use our services.
We are a growing company and always interested
in meeting career-oriented professionals. If you have experience
in Paintless Dent Removal or in Auto Body Repair work, please
email or fax your resume to us. We look forward to hearing
from you.
